4. TRAININGS & CERTIFICATIONS

Completion of any Desmadre Spa training:

• Does not grant a medical license

• Does not certify you beyond your local scope of practice

• Does not guarantee income, results, or client success

You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with state, local, and professional regulations.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content, trainings, manuals, videos, protocols, techniques, branding, and materials are the exclusive property of Desmadre Spa.

Violation may result in legal action.

6. PAYMENTS, REFUNDS & CHARGEBACKS

All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

No refunds are provided for:

• Trainings once accessed

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in revoked access and legal action.
